is the Hearthstone Club, which encompasses two floors and provides you with an abundance of personal, home and wellness services along with recreational services including around the clock
emergency response.

difference they notice is the resort lifestyle and the social life.
At Hearthstone, you can be as private as you choose to be, or have the Activities Director arrange your social calendar for you and your friends.

If I make this move to Hearthstone
by the Bay, will I have to move again?
The advantage of owning in Hearthstone is
that you own your suite and you will never have to move again unless
you choose to.
At Hearthstone by the Bay, we recognize that
people’s needs may change over time and we’ve
designed the suites, the building and our support services
to accommodate those changing needs. As you require, we offer varying levels
of service that are brought right to you professionally
and discreetly.

In addition to the on-site
personal support worker, will I have access to a doctor
or other health care providers?
The Hearthstone Health & Wellness Centre has a Doctor’s
office and dedicated exam room for regular doctor’s
visits and rotating specialty practitioners such as massage
therapists, lab technicians, chiropractors and foot care
specialists etc. Should you wish, most of your medication administration can
also be handled through the Wellness Centre.

Can I book my medical appointments
through the Club?
Yes. Many find that getting to and from medical appointments
takes a remarkable amount of time that they would prefer to
spend on something more fun. While you might not be able to
get out of the appointments, you’ll find in many instances
you can arrange for them right in the Hearthstone Wellness
Centre. You’ll simply take the elevator down for your
doctor’s appointment, physiotherapy session, massage,
chiropractor, chiropodist, and other medical services available
in the Wellness Centre.

Is there an emergency response
system?
One of the important benefits of our Health & Wellness
Centre is the state-of-the-art emergency response system.
The Hearthstone system is so sophisticated that should you
need assistance anywhere in the building, one push
of the button on your personal pendant will tell us who you
are and where you are. We’ll respond immediately.

What if I don’t wish
to participate in the Club?
Membership does indeed have its privileges privileges. The Hearthstone Club is your private club within the building.
All residents of Hearthstone by the Bay automatically become
members of the Club when you purchase your suite.

How easy is it for friends
and family to join me for a meal?
The Lakeview Dining Room is open to all residents and guests
with a full menu and special chef creations. Paying is as
simple as signing to your account just like at your country
club or hotel. And since every suite in Hearthstone is equipped with
a full kitchen and a dining area, you can entertain friends
or family in the comfort of your own home anytime. Plus
the Lakeview Dining Room caters functions and events and
offers a private service room.

If I have special diet requirements,
how are they handled?
We have well-trained staff who will meet with you to ensure
that your meals are prepared according to your needs.

Are the suites air conditioned?
Yes. Hearthstone offers individually controlled in-suite heating
and cooling systems so you are in control of the temperature
and your power consumption.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, in compliance with the rules set out by the condominium.

Where does the shuttle go?
The shuttle will operate on a regular basis to designated
locations such as the local shopping mall, grocery stores
and senior’s centres. Plus the shuttle will provide
transportation for special outings and events coordinated
by the Activities Director such as a trip to wine country
or the theatre. The shuttle can also be booked for private
excursions to doctor’s appointments or for airport pickup.

When do I choose the finishes
for my suite, such as flooring and kitchen cabinetry?
Our design centre is inside the sales office for you to explore
all of the gorgeous standard finishes available to choose
from. In addition, there are many elegant upgrade options
should you wish to further customize your suite. Shortly after
your purchase, our Interior Designer will contact you for
an appointment to select your finishes. Working with our in-house
designer allows you to personalize your suite to your tastes
and preferences with the comfort of knowing that you have
professional advice.

for me to move in?

What happens when I want
to sell my suite? Do I have that option?
Yes. Since you own your suite, you are free to sell or rent
it as soon as title has been transferred into your name on
final closing. Suites cannot be sold prior to final
closing.
